Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, he helps clients deal with the issues that cause them to feel trapped in their lives – the hurts, frustrations and expectations that lead to depression and anxiety.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGarey is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) which is recognised as being effective in helping couples develop and improve their relationship. He has additional training and certification in supervision and working with Domestic Violence.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eGarey also offers couples a Relationship Assessment\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is an online questionnaire that is completed at home. It scores your relationship’s strengths and challenges and provides personalised, clinical feedback plus specific recommendations for treatment to Garey, based on your answers.
