Shipping policy

Relate offers digital courses and subscriptions. Therefore, there are no physical items being shipped. Customers will have immediate access to courses.

There is no charge for digital delivery.

When purchasing a digital course or subscription, the customer will use an email address at the time of purchase. An automatic email with login information will be sent to the customer's chosen email address immediately after purchase. Customers can expect to receive this email within 1 minute of purchase. Using the email as the 'login name,' the customer will be prompted to create a password. 

If the customer's email is redirected to a secondary email, there can be a delay in receiving the email.

If the customer cannot find the email, it may have gone to spam or other folder within their email.

Customers can also access their digital courses and subscriptions, as well as change their password from https://journey.relate.online/enrollments.
