Refund policy

Appointments: Appointments may be cancelled more than 48 hours, and rescheduled more than 36 hours from the scheduled appointment. 

Single Online Courses: If you purchase and watch an entire course within 30 days and don't find anything that helped your relationship, we will refund the price of the course.

School of Love/School of Love: Professional Edition Subscription: If you subscribe to Relate Unlimited, you may receive a free trial period. Once a free trial period ends, you will be billed automatically. Whether in a free trial or subscribed, you may cancel at any time by going to journey.relate.online > my dashboard > billing. If you cancel you will have access to the library for the remainder of the billed month. There will be no prorated refunds. 

Professional and Live Events: Live events and training are not available for refund 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Events may be liable to a $100 USD administrative fee.

Cancelations and Refunds: Cancelations and refunds are not automatically processed. If you cancel or ask for a refund, please email admin@relate.online with the order number, your email address, the appointment type or course and a brief description of why the appointment was cancelled or course should be refunded we will endeavor to respond in 2 business days.
