Cath
Couples Therapist and ADHD Coach
If you’ve found yourself thinking “Is this actually for me?” You’re not alone. Most people pause here.
Relate is designed for:
• Couples who feel stuck in the same arguments or drifting apart
• Individuals noticing patterns in relationships they want to understand and change
• Partners navigating ADHD-related communication challenges
• People who want practical, structured support, not just somewhere to vent
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
Relate’s approach is structured and practical because insight on its own often isn’t enough.
We focus on helping you identify patterns, improve communication, and build skills you can actually use in real life. Research from relationship science (including work by experts like John Gottman) consistently shows that small, repeatable changes in how we communicate and respond to each other can create meaningful, lasting shifts.
This is about moving from “we understand the problem” to “we know what to do about it.”
