Shock, panic, defensiveness, shame, rage, confusion, desperation in the first days and weeks after an affair is exposed, both partners are often thrown into emotional chaos. Most couples can’t access professional support immediately, and without guidance, it’s easy to unintentionally create even more damage.

Betrayer Recovery is a practical, compassionate first-aid course designed specifically for the partner who has betrayed their relationship through an emotional or physical affair.

Created by relationship specialist and betrayal recovery therapist Steve Dromgool, this course helps you navigate the critical first phase after discovery the period where your actions matter most.
