Find a therapist that works for your situation. One of the most important factors in therapy outcomes is how well you connect with your therapist. This consultation is designed to:

1. Identify your foundational concerns
2. Identify your preferences and availability
3. Pair you with a therapist
4. Create a resource plan to help you move through therapy quickly

Dan is a trained therapist and the practice manager at Relate and so is familiar with all the team. In this session he will help you find the right therapist for you. Dan will also gather some intake information that will be shared with your therapist and advise you on how to use the online resources. In addition he can get you access to emergency appointments not available online.
